accidental damage claim,expect a second hand phone they wont know when they will have your phone in stock could be 3 days or could be a week, the replacement phone they send you will be reconditioned and will not be brand new and probably wont work very well, if you do pay you'd be better off getting insurance elsewhere, they wont reimburse you for loss of services either and dont expect virgin media to help! apparently its nothing to do with them...

Absolutely disgusting service from Virgin media and their insurance group.
I have a new phone, only 8 hrs.' old, Screen broke and have been told but virgin media it would cost £35 excess, but when put through to insurance group, was told it was £70 as phone is under 3 months old.. after the 3 months it reverts to £35.00... FUMING !!!!
