I had a contract mobile phone for 2 years in Northern Ireland during that time I complained about the poor network, they expect me to use my wifi broadband to make and receive calls and use the Internet. I couldn't use the network for Internet most towns got poor signal 2g not 4g as stated My contract ends shortly I asked for puk code and found out to my dismay that they didn't unlock my phone so I had to call them using my son 02 Mobile as they disconnected my phone too before even used puk code.They said I was still connected but I haven't been able to make a call for 3 days even in Coleraine.They usually offer guru appointment to help but didn't bother,they lied.Their 02 shop didn't help and didn't want to know I changed my provider good riddance,I hope they go bust.
Worst of all when i question my enormous bill for my son gaming he downloaded the shop staff said they could do nothing about it and so did their customer services! This amounts to child exploitation!!!!!!!!!!!
