been trying to call the team from 2 days phine is not connecting. have sent deveral emails but no response i am just waiting for the call back or atleast mail revert. if you are selling something u must give proper service very unhappy with.

Impressed by the way they handle customer queries and provide solutions. The insurance plan is also very good but customer service is excellent.

Precaution is better than cure, perfectly defines my situation here. My one-month brand new Samsung galaxy S5 smartphone’s was dropped accidentally and got its screen shattered. But thankfully it was insured using SyncNScan insurance plan 2 weeks back. I submitted the accidental claim online on the provided link and settled a cashless recovery of my phone’s screen. Though it took a longer time than I expected (more than 2 weeks), but I am fully satisfied with the end-results.
