It has been more than a month since I claimed for my stolen phone. Took them ages to proceed and it was meant to take two days. Two weeks ago I paid an excces for the replacement phone, unfortunately still not with my althought they said I will get whithin 5 working days. After I called them again they appologized for delay and said I will receive it early this week . It is Saturday now and no sign of any delivery. Just rubbish!!!!!
