“NEVER USE THIS COMPANY”

Damaged I pad screen rang these to claim,they said they needed proof of purchase with serial number on,I had all the receipts but none have this number on so I rang Tesco where I bought it from.They say serial numbers aren't put on receipts and they have never heard of any company doing so,so I rang supercover where I was asked to hang on then cut off which has happened twice more,I will be getting in touch with trading standards and the ombudsman as these are taking money under false pretences
