WELL MY PHONE FELL AND THE SCREEN CRACKED,IPONE 4S ABOUT 3 MONTH OLD...MADE A CLAIM WHICH WAS VALID AND SENT THE PHONE OFF ,NEVER HAD ANY RESPONCE UNTIL I CALLED THEM 2 WEEKSLATER STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED A REPLACEMENT PROMISED AND IVE BEEN PUSHED AROUND EVERY DAY ABOUT WAITING FOR STOCK ...PROMISED TO BE PHONED BACK ON SO MANY OCCASIONS BUT NO ONE BOTHERED...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MISLEADING INFORMATION, STILL HAVENT RECIEVE MY PHONE AFTER A MONTH OF WAITING....HOW CAN WE COMPLAIN AND START ACAMPAIGN FOR THEM TO BE DEREGISTED?
