I bought a new IPhone 6 128g and of course it was stolen with in a couple weeks. I purchased ProtectCell at the time of purchase because it sounded like it would be the best protection overall. I filed a claim and pay the 150.00 Administration fee (they call it) on Wednesday and was told my phone would be here on Friday, but when I didn't receive a tracking number I call them back to be told that my request wouldn't even be sent to a supervisor until Monday. Really, Monday this isn't acceptable, I use the phone for my job and now I have to go buy a prepaid phone to get me through until they decide to send my phone. What if they decide not to replace it. I have this coverage on the other phones I purchased also and will be canceling it. The cost is 10.99 a month for this poor service. I will have to keep you posted on the outcome.
