We submitted a claim to replace an iPhone 5S which was unusable due to a broken screen-- we had only one week to process the claim, due to planned travel out of the country. PYB kept delaying and requiring us to re-send the documentation and spend literally hours on the phone talking to many people none of whom were empowered to help us. They approved the claim after a WEEK, only when we requested to cancel the service and have our premium fully refunded. The phone was shipped too late (by no means do they ship overnight- after the week it took to delay approval, the phone arrived four days after they promised it would), arriving too late, so that we had to pay $100 to have the phone re-shipped overseas to where we now live. So aggravating. We could not believe how hard it was to file our claim, It was like they were trying to wear us down so that maybe we would must give up. We do not recommend this company.
