I've always been skeptical about mobile phone insurance, considering it to be a rip off but since getting myself a phone that is considerably more expensive to replace than any type of phone I've ever had before, I thought I would give it a go as my handset always seems to conk out a few months before being able to upgrade etc.

After seeing adverts on TV for Protect Your Bubble I thought I'd get a quote. It was easy, quick, plain and simple to understand with no faffing to click through pages with endless lists of options. They gave me my quote and gave an extra option underneath (no sneaky small print) to add in 'loss' cover and how much it would be (a very reasonable £1 extra). This not only helped me understand what was covered in my policy, it also helped me understand what was NOT covered in my policy. Again, in plain sight it was shown exactly how much my phone was covered for as well.

Protect Your Bubble also stated clearly that the policy would not be starting for a 14 day period (while some may consider this an annoyance, I fully understand why the 14 day period is there, but at least they don't hide that from you).

Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and consider £4.99 a month very reasonable price for the cover of my mobile phone considering that covers loss as well as theft etc. I'd certainly recommend Protect Your Bubble to a friend compared with services offered by the major phone companies.
