I contacted them to make a claim on a smashed screen on the iPhone4.I have been with them a couple of years and had never claimed. The claims process is by email, you can't talk to anyone. and when you do they say they will send email to the relevant department. you then need to pay the excess of £50 and what ever is still owing on the policy for that year. Its works out more than you can get screen repaid for, and if you lose your receipt for the phone you cannot claim anyway.

HOW DO I MAKE A CLAIM?
5. You will need to send in your proof of purchase via post, email or fax. This must include the date the product was purchased / date contract started, be in your name
6. If you pay monthly and make a claim you will be required to pay the pr
emium for the minimum term (12 months) in advance before we can authorise any claim number of your gadget and that you own it
7. Before your claim can be approved, you must pay the stated excess fee. For a laptop the excess is £75. For iPhone, smart phone or iPad, the excess is £50. For all other gadgets, the excess is £25. Loss claims incur an additional £25 excess charge. The total excess on all International claims is £75.
8. When you claim you must disclose all material facts, if you are not sure if a fact is material it should be disclosed. Failure to disclose a material fact may invalidate your policy and benefits may not be paid on the claim
