This company is misleading .Even had an email bounce back from them today when i forward to complaints department.Stating it was under Super Cover Insurance.

I had theft of my Iphone 1 week ago put in a claim Phone provider verified my stop .The police gave crime reference number and validated my theft.

i have been Left a week by this company with no phone to be told today i would have to wait a further week no delivery date for a IPHONE 4 .If i wanted an upgrade to the 4S i had to pay a further £60 .But also this was not in stock.

I have been put through stress this week costing money on the 0871 Number .

My Phone provider in the end as helped me .If you make a claim be warned .

Pull out if you can do not go with a third Party ESPECIALLY THIS COMPANY!!!
