I emailed 2 weeks ago to make a claim on policy no DGI297445. I have had no response other than an email to ask me what the policy number is (which was already in the subject line) and was also asked to give the date that I took out the policy (this would be easily accessible information if they bothered to access the policy)I duly replied and am still waiting for a response! Unfortunately I took out an additional mobile phone policy at about the same time and had given inaccurate bank details and once again emailed them pointing this out and guess what? No reply! At the moment I would not recommend them - the price is great - but it would seem that once they have your premium that's it!
I perhaps should have looked online to see feedback from other customers before taking out the policies?
