I have had my iphone insured with Bubble for 6 months and had my phone stolen over a week ago. I submitted the claim and heard nothing. I spent 17 minutes on the phone yesterday in a call queue and then gave up. I phoned this morning and finally spoke to someone who told me they'd left a message on my landline voicemail yesterday (i don't have landline voicemail). It turns out that I'd mistakenly insured an iphone 8Gb but actually it's a 16Gb, so they won't pay out, because apparently there may be other iphones in our household and I'm using the policy to claim for a different iphone. I am not at all happy - there's reason why the insurance is cheap! BEWARE.
