I dropped my phone into liquid.. stupid i know but thats why i have phone insurance, thats what i thought!!
I took out the policy admin service (phones 4 u recommended) paid my 7.99 each month on time. every thing was fine until i needed to claim.
posted my iphone to them on the 2nd April and i am still without a phone on the 1st may.. what a joke!!
if you are lucky you will get your phone replace/ repaired within 10 WORKING days if you are unlucky like me it will take 30 days.
customer services are rude and very unhelpful
