Today I rang premierplan to cancel my insurance as i got a better dal with my current account.
The lady on the phone was called Jess and she was very helpful, she went through and few other plans that I may benefit from but as I explained to her about the deal etc, she was pleasant and gave me some advice on the other plans.
I still cancelled it and she was pleasant about it and gave me her extension number incase I had any other problems.
The insurance was a good deal and you get lots from it but my account won.
Hope this helps others as I have seen lots of negative feedback and Ive had no problems with the company.
