After speaker with an agent about a damaged phone i had and explaining i accidently dropped it when put on the side of my kitchen table i was shocked to be told that my claim wasnt being accepted as it was knocked over and the screen smashed. after being put onto a manager fro 30 mins who didnt have a clue about anything never mind how to speak to customers it was agreed i was indeed eligable and the claim accepted. on sending my h/s away after waiting 2 weeks for a prepaid envelope which should take 2 days it was then another 9 days till i received a refurbished h/s what looked worse than the 1 i had sent because mine could not be repaired. This to my astonishment disfuctioned after 3 days so was sent back . 1 week later another h/s arrived which was not the right h/s so was again sent back to only wait another 6 days for the h/s i have now to arrive. the speak is not working correctly on this 1 aswell since i have had it but im not willing to waste anymore time and effort talking to premium rate idiots
