Every excuse not proceed with claim, lied about contacting me, ignored my letters and emails, complete waste of time AVOID THEM!

Same situation with my claim, lied about having called me, ignored all emails, dragged my claim out for 3 months telling me I had to get a form from Apple that doesn't exist, and now charging £50 excess on top of the 3 months of £15 payments I've been billed for since claiming. Useless operatives, contradictory, made things up to drag the claim out. Even ignored my letters and emails of complaint!

Without a doubt the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. That complaints is at the top of their 'contact us' section says it all. Why any company would be affiliated with them is beyond me.
