“Crooks and thieves!”

CPP underwrite the mobile phone insurance included in the Natwest Adv Gold account. When I made a claim for a lost they refused to accept it because "I did not take precautions to keep it safe". That is a load of rubbish, of course, but their customer service are rude and brush you off... and hang up on customers.
Please steer clear of them if you can, best to move your packaged account to another bank. It is really a waste of money!
