“Good cover and excellent service”

I have just claimed for the second time. The first time I openly admitted that I lost it while drunk. whizzed out a replacement on a sunday for me. The second time, cracked screen from tripping over cat. next day replacement with no questions.

Both times I was shocked, thinking that they would weasel out of it because a)My intoxication and vague description of when and where I lost it invalidated the t&cs or b) screen damage was cosmetic. Sure, there may be better providers - but I have no complaints about this one.
