You pay in £10 every month for accidental damage - but be aware that all accidental damage is 'assessed'. So you have to send in your phone for this assessment and there's no replacement phone offered - unless you want to take an old age nokia (not a smart phone) and pay them £25 as a deposit. Then you wait for 7 days while they 'assess' and decide weather to keep their word on giving you 'accidental' damage. Then you pay £50 (!!!) for the repair.
That's pretty awesome, isn't it? So you've paid in £180 in insurance during the time you were with them, and then £50 on top of this. Do the maths, this insurance is
a) Not worth it
b) they make it as inconvenient as possible for you to act on it.
It is also inconvenient to have to wait for them to show up with the box as they cannot give you a time to come to take your phone away for this 'assessment' of 'accidental damage' - and if you go to the stores - you will have to go through the whole process again over the phone - so if there's a line in the store, well you get the drill.
And are they nice to you on the phone? NO. The customer service agents are all short, terse and could not care one ounce to provide you with a nicer tone. It's like you're a pain in their neck for calling in.
I am leaving this provider - they are a pain in the neck and I am only too excited to never be connected to them ever again.
