Customer service excellent!!! These people giving bad reviews talking out there ass!!! They picked my iPhone up on Tuesday and I got a brand new replacement on Friday! So glad I took out this insurance!!! I read all these reviews which made me worried.... Pffffffft These negative reviews are just people talking absolute rubbish!!

I'm not talking out my ass. I'm only explaining that unless you state the time and place of the accident and what had happened you cannot claim. Because my husband can't remember doing anything to make the ph.one go this way it's not covered, surely if your unaware of damaging the phone the opposite is accidental
