i have been a customer with 02 approx. 7 years i upgraded to an iphone 5s gold, as it was an expensive phone i decided to take out cover i was told i would be covered and get a new phone if it was damaged or stolen etc in may 2014 i dropped the phone and rang to make a claim i was told they would not repair mine and i would be sent a new phone, when it came it was a used refurbished phone i rang to complain and was told to read the terms and conditions and it states if they have no new phones in stock they can send you a refurbished one i feel i have been mislead to buy the policy and wasn't expecting to get a refurb for the premiums i pay so anyone thinking of taking out a policy with them beware
