I made a claim for a cracked screen. My claim could not be dealt with online so I had to call the helpline. Called, very helpful person dealt with my claim and my new phone arrived the next day. My problem is that it has O2 software (my old phone was unlocked) and I am also not using an O2 SIM, the whole screen setup is the same as the old 925 and not like the 1020 I previously had. I will be calling in the morning to see what they will do about it.
