Such a poor company dont know how they still in business. Sent my phone in 3 times, they could not fix it so they said i'll get a new phone next working day. Waited in all day no phone no nothing. Called up nobody has a clue whats going on, even spoke to a manager who said she would watch it. Got so many emails that were all wrong with the information contained. They said they would call back.......
Asked for my phone back with all the parts they took out. Rather pay for someone else to fix it. Lloyds should be ashamed of themselfs. Changing bank over this.
Honestly never dealt with such a poor company :(
