I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided from my TSB Mobile Insurance account.
Made a call to TSB phone insurance and my claim was accepted over the phone. I sent them (Lifestyle Service Centre) my damaged phone and paid the £100 excess (bit costly), and I had my phone back fully functioning within 5 working days. I was kept updated throughout the whole process via emails.
Excellent service and very happy.
