Fast, secure and easy. I have use Insurance2go before with no issues with claiming.
The call centre staff were efficient and friendly and got me a replacement as my z3 got crushed
3 days later it's in my hand. Can't fault them.

I hope it doesn't come to it, but I hope I relive the experience I had before if I break my phone again
