Came to Insurance2go via Money Saving Expert. Certainly did look very good. I was changing insurance after several years as I was changing the model of my phone, and on calling my existing policy holder, found out that this policy had an Excess Claim 3 (?????) which fundamentally meant that if there was a third or subsequent claim made, no matter how many years after the first two claims, the excess would rise to, and remain at £150.00.!!!!!!!!!!! Far from happy with that one!!!!!

Completing the Insuance2go's application form was very easy, and as I did have a couple of queries I telephoned the help centre. the person I dealt with was really very very helpful, professional, and polite, answered my queries, and gave me additional information.

I hope this can be a long and good relationship with an insurance company.
