I have had full cover iPhone insurance with insurance2go for nearly 18 months and have never had to claim. However that lucky streak ended when I dropped my iPhone down the loo and it no longer worked due to severe water damage. I sent off my claim form and they accepted it within a couple of days. I then received a new handset a few days later and am very happy with it. It is an iPhone 5 (the same as the one I lost, even the same colour) and I am so glad I kept up with my insurance cover. Its always tempting not to pay that extra bit a month - especially when you go so long without having to make a claim. In the end though it has to be worth it for peace of mind. Thank you insurance2go.
