Great service

I dropped my iphone last week at home and the screen shattered. One of the cracks went across the front view camera which made pictures blurry. I made an online claim as it was late and they were closed. The next day they tried to contact me via mobile, landline and email (i was quite impressed). I called them later in the day and was told that because my phone was replaced by apple I would need to get proof as they still had my old phone on their file and I hadn't let them know that I had a new device. I got apple to email me proof which I then forwarded to fonesafe. I called back and the lady done everything over the phone fairly quickly and approved my claim. I was told that a package containing an envelope would arrive within 2working days and that I was to send my phone off and I would get it or a replacement back within a further 2 working days. The packaged arrived the next morning which I found speedy as Saturday wasn't even a working day and I had spoken to them only the previous evening, hadnt even been 24 hrs! I sent my phone off on Tuesday and received it back today (Thursday) 2 working days later like they promised. Although its not my original phone and I've been provided with a replacement which might i add is in perfect working order. Really really happy and would definately recommend!
