Paying £8.99 per month, you'd expect to have someone come to your house take the phone off you and give you a replacement straight away, I disagree with the fact that you have to go to the Post Office to get it delivered (howver a positive note it's been paid for by the company). I disagree with being without a phone for two days and having to pay £30 to even make a claim anyway on-top of what you pay per month. They are certainly making a good profit out of this but the guy on the phone was nice so, not bad but they are much better insurance covers then fonesafe.
