this insurence was forced on me by tmobile, i really didnt want this insurence after reading these reveiws so i called to cancel my policy, i spoke to Stacey who didnt pressure me into keeping my policy and took me through the benefits of having the policy and even tailored a policy to suit my needs so instead of paying £8.99, she reduced it to £4.99 for me and took me through every detail and answered all my questions, it was a breathe of fresh someone from mobile insurence not pressuring me into keeping it. I've yet to make a claim but the service so far has been inpecible!! highly recommended
