After dropping and smashing my phone screen I was really worried about the process of getting it fixed with my insurance (as you can see, the reviews are not the best). However, I was really pleasantly surprised! The whole process was quick and very straightforward. The best part about it was that I didn't have to send my phone off anywhere as I was able to take it to Apple to be fixed and City Main reimbursed me for it within 3 working days (despite the busy Christmas period). I honestly couldn't ask for a better service, thank you! Would definitely recommend!
