Worst insurance claim to date.
Have to fill in form online, have to then wait 2 days for them to review the form and accept claim.
Then wait for an email to pay £75 excess, to then wait on another email to say you've paid.
Then email to post the phone back at my own expense to London!!! What's the excess for !, then wait upto 7 days to see if can be repaired
No matter what you are claiming for!
Ridiculous I've used other insurance companies where you can make claim over phone, pay excess and that same day a courier comes out with replacement phone and take your faulty one away...
