Iv had to send my phone off twice, once for accidentally dropping my phone and the other because of my replacement phone being faulty. In Both occasions iv been without my phone for a total of 53 days and is still on going. This insurance company is a joke and i do not know how they are still running! once i recieve my phone back i shall definatly be cancelling with them. Worst insurers known!!!!
