If you MUST use this company remember to ring and cancel your policy after one year or term of policy. If you don't they will keep taking money off you year after year after year.
Even if you cancel your policy over the phone, ring your bank and cancel the direct debit or they may still take your money.
BUT if I was you, I would check you are not already covered by your home insurance provider, or find a more reputable firm.

The geek squad insurance is not a contract it is a customer agreement. It clearly states if anything changes on the policy you have to ring geek squad to let them know of this. How are they supposed to know your contract has ended, some people continue with there phone or even pass it on. The geek squad mobile complete has friends and family cover that allows that person to be covered with the phone too. Take responsibility and get things cancelled when you are no longer using it.
