Never get anything from them or the Carphone Warehouse, their support is absolutely awful! My sister pays £14 a month for insurance from them, We were told to go into the shop by Geeksquad to get the phone replaced on the spot because she NEEDS her phone for work, So we contacted our local store who had no white HTC One X's so told us to go to another who supposedly did, but actually didn't. So we went into the store and they said there was black but not white, however they can't give her a black one for an unexplained reason. So she's now stuck with a Nokia 6300 with no numbers because they were stored on her Google account. Absolutely disgraceful. What is the difference between a black/white phone. Need to get their act together. She's cancelling her Geeksquad insurance too, and going elsewhere.
