“Shocking rip off”

My daughter tried to claim on this insurance for a stolen phone. Her claim was denied - I looked at the insurance and there is no cover for theft in a public place, or if you made it likely to be stolen (whatever that means), or from a locked vehicle, or any accidental loss.

So essentially you can claim if it is stolen from your house or you drop it in a loo (liquid damage).

It is a shocking insurance and not cheap. I would not recommend this insurance to anyone and will insure any more phones through my bank account which is vastly superior for free.
