After having my phone stolen in the theif riddled city of Barcelona, I submitted a claim to CUSC.
I was asked for lots of information; phone bill, proof of new sim being sent, proof that sim was blocked, proof of ownership and police report.

All of this information was given and was reletively easy to obtain too.
Within 3 days, I received a letter confirming my claim had been accepted.
I paid £50 excess and received a replacement iphone4 one week later.
Overall, CUSC replaced my iphone within 4 weeks of having it pocket burgled.
