Have been paying £6.99 a month for at least two years. It was very easy to set up. However, when i emailed them to start a claim i was ignored after the initial email.

Clearly they couldn't be bothered to get back to me so i decided to sell the phone for spares/repairs. The money i paid in i could have purchased a new phone with. I wont be buying mobile phone insurance again, especially from this company!
