I would advise people to leave this company well alone. We had a claim for a stolen iPhone. The replacement handset was faulty and proved to be made up of lots of "harvested" parts including some which were not genuine Apple parts. I wrote a letter of complaint and received another reconditioned handset which works, but not as well as a genuine Apple iPhone. The low premium, which a year ago was £ 50 per annum, was the attraction, but I would not have taken this policy if I had known what would happen in the event of a claim. My letter of complaint was not answered and the various issues highlighted remain unaddressed to this day. For my next policy with another company I shall make sure that the clauses include "new for old" cover.
