Made a claim for my cracked iPhone screen the process takes so long I got to a point where I couldn't be bothered with it but carried on with the process as I has been paying for this services for, I got the phone back after a week or 2 and 2 months later the screen started to lift which then caused the screen to crack I emailed Barclays tech pack 2 days later to be told to call the customer services which I did only to then be told I have to make a new claim and pay another £50 excess which I wasnt willing to do if it was fitted correctly in the first place it wouldn't of happened I ended up cancelling my policy which I haven't even had a year. If i new this informatiom before I purchase I wouldn't of bothered!!
