Completely and utterly frustrated with the service from Barclays Tech Pack insurance via Lifestyle Services Group Ltd.
Phone damaged in water on 02/04/15 - reported 07/04/15 - form received, completed and returned special delivery 08/04/15 - received at Barclays 09/04/15 and claim approved same day.
I contacted again 13/04/15 was told repair form had been issued via royal mail (why????) not received so requested an email copy. Received 13/04/15 - completed and returned with phone special delivery (again at my cost) same day which was received at 8am at depot 14/04/15.
Contacted again 16/04/15 for an update to be informed that the engineer had until 20/04/15 COP to repair or then send a new phone out!
Cannot contact the repair centre direct for an update - shoddy service, lacking in communication, no sense of urgency when most use their mobile for work and social.
Even though its the cheapest - doesn't come anywhere near being as good as the others (network providers) where the phone is usually replaced within days and weekends are counted as working days.
