I am really unhappy with this service and will be cancelling my policy as soon as I eventually receive a replacement phone. The time it takes to actually receive your phone is ridiculous - it will be about 10 days, and in the meantime, you are expected to wait without a phone, as you have to send it off for assesment. Who can do without their phone for days on end??

It's clear to me, Barclays are doing this to put people off claimimg, as the inconvenience factor is so great that people will go elsewhere and claim on another policy, than wait.

Very poor service from Barclays.
