I downloaded a claims form from the LSG website and sent it off, two days later I received a letter saying they accept the claim. filled in the damage report and sent the phone (without sim card) next day post. In total it took five working day's and I received my phone in perfect condition. I had two texts and emails to confirm the day and time the phone would be delivered. I also checked the reviews on here after sending the phone and was dreading the outcome! I'm happy with the service I received so gave 5 stars.
