Tuesday 26 August - made enquiries on a 2 year monthly contract - went through application process, application decision was "refer". was told a sales advisor would call me back within an hour - promise broken.
Wednesday 27 August - rang O2 to find out what was going on. They have lost my details, had to go through the application process again! No doubt two credit searches on my credit file!
Was told my application approved, I would receive the Terms and conditions by email within 72 hours!
Saturday 30 August - not received T&C's - made a complaint via online compalint review service.
Monday 1 September - Rang up O2 to find out what was going on, was on hold for an excessive amount of time and cust off by two advisors - one of which refused to give me his suraname and refused to put me through to a Manager.
Never had so much trouble trying to organise a new mobile phone!
