I have just unpacked my Power Monkey Extreme that I got from PowerTraveller.com.
I have swiped my finger according to the instructions but it does not turn on.
The screen lights up in blue for a short moment, but I cannot get the 3 flashes.

I've tried the double tap and swiping the other way with the same result.
I've swiped hard, soft and tired different fingers.

If I connect external power the screen turns red.
If I connect my iPad/iPhone, nothing happens.

After further testing it seems as most of the touch screen is not functional.
Only around 30% of the touch area on the left side makes the screen light up.
The rest of the 70% of the right side is non reactive.

I have sent an email to the support, I have tweeted their @powermonkeys accout and I have tried calling them.

I am very nervous since I bought the device for a trip that I am taking next weekend. :-(
