I cannot really complain much about it, after all Apple have been known to create quality under their brand. You can acces your music despite your location, you can stream to Apple TV too,it works pretty well with WiFi meaning you will have it easy with your office's wireless internet. With affordable annual rates of about £20. However it is unfortunately not good for videos, infact video backups are converted to AAC. Apple too need to improve the endless log in issues that might discourage... (read more)

Too many bugs and we have problems with logging in as well.
Decided not to use the service anymore

I been using Apples iTunes Match Cloud based service for about 6 months now. Although it is really good to have all (or most) your music in one cloud, the service offered from Apple just ain't that good ... Forever having log in issues. Sometimes say you wanna jump in shower, the time the cloud has logged in etc you wish you had just jumped in shower without the music after 10 mins of waiting and still no music !!!

You just want your music there not the cloud crashing log in issues...
