“Great app, brilliant features”

I have found StealthGenie to be a balanced application to spy on smartphones. It’s easy enough and thermite controlled features are somewhat impressive. Tracking all apps installed and WhatsApp tracking are my personal favorite- they make it all hell easy for you! Great app with brilliant features. (read more)

I juggle two jobs and am a single parent to two daughters- life can be really ugly at times. Seems like all the pressure is mounting and above all, my girls scar the hell out of me when they get home late, making silly excuses. Having installed StealthGenie on their phones, at least I can be assured that they are safe and up to no mischief. I’ve rather become addicted to tracking their geo-location several times a day- just can’t help it! (read more)
“Happy with StealthGenie”

I won’t sound as I’m super excited but still I would say that I am all content with StealthGenie as a mobile spy app. I installed it on my kids’ phone when their mom left to see her folks. Helped a great deal in answering my wife’s never-ending question about what kids were doing, when they slept, how much time they stayed out and what not. Now I feel safer and more informed even when their mom has come. StealthGenie is a good chap! (read more)

“Trying to get a refund for the third day straight”

I didn't realize that this software will require to jailbreak my iPhone when I purchased it. Five minutes after the purchase, I read installation instructions and tried to cancel. Well, two days later, I am still trying to get one. There is no customer service available, no life support, and no chat! I keep getting emails (next day after submission of a ticket) offering me to transfer their services to an android or a blackberry phone. Useless! I don't have any other phones! I just want... “Monitoring that is Spot on”

A lot of mobile monitors can be really inaccurate and inconsistent; however ever since I have been using stealth genie I have yet to experience any kind of problems. It works great, the tracking is spot on and the information gets updated quite quickly. I would say this is a must app to have for all parents. (read more)
“Champ of all spy apps- StealthGenie!”

Been using StealthGenie cell spy on my kids phones- an iPhone 4S and HTC One X. had no major issues yet and somewhat satisfied with the product quality. My colleague was using some other spy app and she would constant whine and fret over the non-performing features. She recently switched to StealthGenie and even she can feel the difference. “Live Support Never Available & Not got Support after 3...”

LIve Support is never Available although they have Live-Help. This is just for showing up. And even if you write the complaints, I have not yet received any reply even after 3 days after buying a new subscription. Despite successfuly Rooting Android Phone on Target user's phone their new features as Whatsapp and Gmail talks features are not working. There is No upload of any data whatsoever. (read more)

I have to say Stealthgenie is now fantastic. It started out a little dodgy with access to geo location very slow loading but they made improvements & now it's the best. I have always found the online chat team very helpful. I only had 1 issue with the service which was when I paid, it suspended my services with a payment pending message for about 4 days, but they got it sorted & the info was still there to access from the target phone from the missing days.It was just the my genie area that... “Miracle app!”

Brining up teenagers can be one hell of a job, especially when parents have so much to worry about. Understanding teens can be even difficult as there are various problems that they face, likewise for me it was getting difficult to give time to my children and at the same time I wanted to make sure they were not going down a dangerous road. There are a several apps for monitoring children but the features that StealthGenie provides are spectacular and no other app has these features. I’ve been using this app for keeping tabs on my child and its automatically back up the cell phone data online. (read more)

I have been using stealth Genie to monitor my employees for a month now; needless to say it works pretty effectively. However, whenever I need any help from their support it takes a long time for them to respond. They should work on that other than that I am quite satisfied with them. (read more)

There are a very few aps that are so good when it comes to tracking. Stealth genie certainly is a great tracker because of the speed that it gives back information. I use it for my pizza delivery guys and it helps me locate them as well as helps in identifying the shortest possible routes they could have taken. Really helps me shorten my delivery times. I use spy apps for a very serious purpose, and that is to monitor my employees and make sure they are doing their work the way it should be done. This is one of the main reasons I need a really good app that can handle the demands of employee monitoring. Stealth genie is able to do just that, my employees don’t have to worry about any privacy concerns since it can do the monitoring itself without the need for any human intervention. I consider myself pretty lucky that the first spy software I got was Stealth genie. I use it to monitor my children and although I have heard how risky and instable spy apps can be I was skeptical at first. But stealth genie works so good, it has this really good gps tracker that allows me to locate the whereabouts of my children, and that really stops me from worrying all the time. (read more)

I have used all sorts of GPS tracking software but stealth genie is simply the best. It shows complete routes along with the history and it works perfectly for me. Best in helping me keep an eye on my deliverymen and in checking if they are making any unscheduled stops. (read more)

“Nothing Works Right”

Not all of the text messages are even recorded. It only records incoming. ONCE in a while it will give you an outgoing text message. The call recording does not work for squat at all! And then when you try to get a refund, they claim it's not a problem on their end so they can't give it to you. I went to online support about trying to fix it and they said it only works with certain OS for Android. When I asked them which ones it worked on, they said they couldn't tell me. It's just a... Stealthgenie is such a dead beat app that rarely performs when you need it to, the GPS tracking is excruciatingly slow and you just can’t seem to get the information at a pace that can match the activities of the user. (read more)

Keep track of a large workforce is no easy business, and in order to maintain ultimate secrecy in an organization it is essential to monitor the way your employees communicate on their cell phones. I was quite worried about my elder son who is around 15; seemed quite distant and used to make excuses for coming home late. Due to his suspicious behavior I installed Stealth Genie on his mobile and with that I was able to find that he was doing drugs! Please save yourself 90$ and invest it somewhere else! This is just downright fraud. Never worked for me. Jailbroke. Reinstalled multiple times and all it would show on thine website is my wife's contacts. No GPS. No texts NOTHING. And what's even worse is their customer service consists of waiting for 20minutes for someone online to help. The problem is no one is there to help! I'm writing this review after about 20 days in which i have found troubles with this application. After some minutes from the first installation, it appears pop up windows in the main screen of target device, advising you that "the app is blocked". From this moment there isn't more comunication between smartphone and server. I asked also to Help Service, but for them it's all ok?!?!? Don't buy the android version. (read more)

This product needs to improve a lot, there are many issues that make it almost useless. My experience has been very frustrating because most of the options I paid for with the Platinum don't work and the ones that do, they work on and off 1. The target cell doesn't receive or send messages since the app was installed, what makes the recording surround option unaccecible 2. The browser tracking stopped working more than a week ago 3. Every time I attempt to access live chat, they say there are people ahead of me in the queue. i wait and wait and after 5-7 minutes, the system kicks me out, and offers an email, which gets responded to 1 in 5 times, with a useless response like "we are sorry that you are experiencing this issue" (read more)

Customer service is terrible. No one ever gets back to you to answer your questions, unless your first signing up of course.. Half the time the service doensnt even work and they claim its the version of the taget phone. The product is very slow. I have tried to access my account from 4 different computers and it is slow on all of them. Sometimes it is so sow that it times out and I can not view the text message logs. The company has poor customer service. There is no live support you will never be able to speak to a person. I'm with you on this one...Customer service SUCKS!! I even waited for 30min for online support only to get kicked off when it's close to my turn...this happens every time!! They just don't care!! Recorded calls never has never worked. I have the same problems a Molly1234. Caveat Emptor!!!!!!
