up until a month ago i would have given this a 5 star rating. I bought this app in March and it worked great. did everything it said it did.. customer service was great. however, in the last month i have had issues with data being downloaded and the app running on the target phone. at first i thought it was the phone but noew that i read some of the other reviews i see it could be an issue with the service.

check back at this site to see if any of the comments have changed to give this app a better rating. if so the it would be a good bet. like i said before when it worked it worked great..better than expected...but now has issues
