In one word..Brilliant! Saw this 42cm electric pan in use on a camp site and thought, 'I need one of them'! One of the best purchases I've made. We use it on the caravan for all sorts of meals, the benifits being it can be used outside (no cooking smells inside) and when the grand-kids and family turn up, everything can be cooked in one pan. Same at home when we have visitors. The details;- Cost less than £25.00 from Amazon. Wipes clean only, do not imerse in water. Easy to use and you can get an additional menu book for it which is useful. On the (slightly) down side, be carefull when the kids are about, it gets hot and needs to be secure on it's base. Have used it for full English breakfast (everything goes in) to Paella and stews. Two year warranty...Highly recommend.
